Portfolio of Works

The paintings in this collection are southern landscape and coastal scenes from coastal South Carolina/Georgia which are both very close to my home/studio in Seabrook, SC (21 miles west of Beaufort, SC). The rural farm and landscape scenes are from my native state of Kentucky.  If you are interested in a particular painting, please do not hesitate to contact the listed gallery. Thank you!

As a native Kentuckian, I not only enjoy drinking bourbon but I love to paint it! Rich in history and beautiful in color when illuminated, this bourbon/spirits series is an idea I have had for some time.  Each bourbon brand or cocktail has a unique story to tell which I attempt to tell visually through the objects chosen.  All of these paintings are painted from life in my studio. Once I have an idea for a particular painting, I spend a significant amount of time looking for the objects, composing the scene, and lighting before I even begin painting. The series has been very well received, I have included a selection of sold pieces. Enjoy!

Check back from time to time to see if your favorite bourbon or spirit has been created!

The paintings in this collection are a selection of sold paintings.  Many thanks to my collectors and the galleries who represent my work!

This collection highlights some of the homes in which my work now resides. It is always exciting and gratifying to see your work in the home of patrons and collectors!
